The Soil Filter Challenge: Cut the bottoms off three plastic bottles and flip them into jars. Fill one with sand, one with clay, and one with rich garden soil. Pour "dirty" water (water mixed with glitter or cocoa) into each. You will see how different soil textures filter water at different speeds and clarity.
